Yes, just when we were getting over the fact that our own Danny Tanner was a pervert and began to feel sorry for Mary Kate and Ashley, we get this: John Stamos is an on-air drunk. It is reported that Stamos appeared hammered on a morning show in Australia. He admitted to US Magazine “I was f****** drunk in Australia. Big deal.” I guess whatever happens in Australia stays in Australia. But this is not the case, as we know about Steve Irwin, too (RIP Crocodile Hunter). Stamos ought to know that his acting out like this is only going to prompt the music scene at the end of the episode- which hopefully is his only drunk one (at least on air).

Look at this poor picture. He just looks drunk, or hungover, or… Not the Uncle Jesse we all know and love. I would expect this from Danny Tanner, maybe even Joey because, after all, he’s the immature one, but not Jesse. In his slurred speech, his mistakenly reading the hostess’ lines, and after making lewd (not an Australian word) comments on air, John Stamos merely faced the music and owned it.

If ever there was a time for one to be drunk and embarrassing in public, it may as well be long after the acting career is over. Let’s face it, he doesn’t have much going on right now, and even his looks have long ago said good bye. Therefore, drink on, Mr. Stamos, just be ready to face the music soon.
